Maria-Kristina is an internationally-recognized expert in the human side of cyber security. Her mission is to help large enterprises, small companies, and individuals take control back from cybercriminals. So far, she has delivered security awareness sessions and "wargame" attack simulations to over 15,000 people worldwide. Maria Kristina is Founder and CEO of OUTFOXM, the first boutique consulting firm focused on immersive cyber training for both executives and technical teams. Prior to OUTFOXM, Maria-Kristina served as an Intelligence Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, as an Air Force civilian at the Pentagon, and as Cybersecurity Director at Bank of New York Mellon. She has an M.S. from the National Intelligence University and a B.S. from Georgetown.

Ryan is a former FBI Special Agent working in criminal computer intrusions and organized crime. An expert in cyber crime and software development, prior to founding Conduit Security he was the Palantir engineering team lead and prior to that served as the TraceSecurity COO responsible for 100 employees and $12M P&L. He has an MS in CS from Vanderbilt University. Conduit Security protects assets from wire fraud through proven processes and a simple software platform. Conduit is an independent security firm and has consulted with clients ranging from homeowners to billion-dollar IPOs.
